Once you have decided that you would like to use the S3 bucket to receive data dumps of campaigns or reports, you will first have to get the configuration setup done. Read our S3 Setup Guide for more information on this.
The S3 bucket is a secure location within the AWS server that has been allocated to you. This is accessible through a URL that is created when you create the S3 Bucket.
Once this is set up, Multiple users can be given access to the S3 Bucket, by providing them the login credentials for the access.
Since it is a simple and user-friendly platform, any person from your organization that needs access can be provided with the same.
The S3 bucket details can also be configured directly to link with your database so that the data can be fetched into your systems. This too can be automated to pick up the data for the S3 bucket once it is dumped automatically by Kaleyra systems on a daily basis, post 11.30 AM.
The only thing that you would need to keep in mind is that the data is in CSV format and the file is zipped, so the necessary query would need to be configured accordingly.
