“REJECTED-MULTIPART” is a status that comes for some of your messages when you try to send multipart messages to your end-users but that number is registered as DND
Since that number’s setting doesn't allow for it to accept the message you are trying to send them, this then gets rejected, and since its a multipart message, the status shows as “REJECTED-MULTIPART”
