In any of Kaleyra’s platform accounts, we have a unique design, where, if there is no usage or activity (panel logins, API requests from account, scheduled campaigns) in the account for 90 days, then the account will automatically be marked as inactive and the credits will be revoked, to render the account inactive.


This is only done to make sure that the account is not misused in any way.


If your account has not been accessed for over 90 days and your credits are not visible in the panel when you log in, you can simply drop an email to us at – support@kaleyra.com

We will make the necessary changes to get your account back on track.
