Managing Documents
Through this section, you can upload an optin document. As a part of verification process, we’ll require a document that’ll enable us to understand that your customer has consented to receive SMS from your business. This is validated as per the uploaded optin document. To upload an optin document, follow the steps below:
From the Main menu, click on Manage Items >Manage Documents
Click on ‘+New’ to upload a new document. The following page opens, enter the ‘title’ for the document. Upload the document and click Save.
Once you upload a document, it’ll be approved by our team in less than 30 minutes. If it is not approved, you’ll receive an email along with the reason for not approving it.
