Analytics are multi dimensional fields that use predictive, prescriptive models and machine learning algorithms to find meaningful patterns from the recorded data. They enable you real time insights to take fact based decisions that are driven by data. We’ve enhanced the old version to create a new advanced version that’s visually pleasant and fetches data faster in a user friendly interface.
When we say, we’ve come up with advanced version, we mean it. In the previous version of the application you could access data only for the last 3 months. In the advanced version of the application you can view data for the last 6 months.
The data is reloaded on an hourly basis. The consolidated data will be shown for a month.
The data for the last 6 months can be filtered only for the max cap of one month. For e.g, you can view the last 6 months data that’s split in time lapse of 1 month. Let’s say the current month is July, then you can view data from January to February, February to March and so on.
You can also define a custom range. Let’s say you want to view the data for the last 20 days, you can define the date range for the same.
The data will be counted one hour from the time you trigger the SMSs
This represents the overall SMS Sent from the Alerts application for the past month. This feature can be filtered based on the five filters that are described further below, in the “Filter” section.
In this section you can view the SMS that are sent and the SMS that are delivered. The analytics are represented in both the graphical and the table formats, so that you can switch to the most convenient version.
To begin with, to access the Overall SMS counts, follow the steps below:
Click on the “Analytics”> “SMS Analytics” option from the main menu on the left side.
You can find a graphical representation of the counts in the image below. To switch the view to tabular columns, click on the icon.
Note: To view the analytics in the graphical format, hover on the day you’d want to view the insights for and you can see both SMS sent and delivered defined in alt tags (shown in the image below) |
