A flash message appears on the mobile device’s screen, without having to access the SMS storage application on the device.
It works in the same way as an SMS, but since it directly pops up on the screen of the mobile device, it is very useful to get the attention of your customers, especially if the content that you are sending is something important, urgent, or needs immediate attention.
These are also not automatically saved on the mobile device, and the customer can choose to do so, post-reading it, or they can just dismiss it, which would not be retrievable after that.
You cannot include any special characters in a flash message.
