Adding Contacts

You can add multiple contacts to the groups, or simply add a single contact. You can also import contacts from your local computer. To manage contacts, follow the steps below:

  1. From the main menu, click on Manage Items> Manage Contacts

  2. To add contacts, click on ‘+New’. The following page opens.

  1. Choose if you want to ‘ Add a contact’ or ‘Add multiple contacts’ or ‘Import contacts’

  2. Enter the Name, contact number and email id and click on ‘Add Contact’. The contact will be added to the number directory.

  3. You can also assign a contact to a group. Click on ‘Select Groups’.The following page opens.

  1. Click on the group you want to the add the contact to. You can also add the contact to multiple groups.

  2. Once you add the contact to the number directory, you can take multiple actions like Number reset, delete and export.
