Open Route refers to, you being able to send any message content to the customers without matching your template content from Kaleyra’s end.

This however is granted, once the below pre-requisites are shared with us.

  2. SenderID(s): To be converted to Open Route.
  3. Sample SMS Content:
  4. Undertaking that in case a DND complaint arises, you would be liable to share the Opt-in Details with Kaleyra for that number and that communication will only be shared with registered customers.
