Creating and Managing Signatures
A Signature is a line of text which you can choose to add at the end of your SMS. The signature helps your customers to distinguish between businesses or enterprises they receive messages from. Consistent usage of signature also helps you create a brand reconnect with your customer
Creating a Signature
To access the signature panel & create a signature, follow the steps below:
Click Manage Items, and select the Manage Signatures from the drop-down list
Click on the +New icon to create a signature
Enter your Signature details in the box space provided. Choose status as ‘active’ to mark the signature as active. While typing your length of signature is shown to track how many characters your signature will occupy your SMS length.
Hit Save button to save this signature.
Note: If the “Active” status is not ticked in the status bar, you signature will not reflect in the messages. ‘Length’ value enables you to keep a check on the total number of characters occupied by the signature, so that you can always optimize the signature to match the overall message length.
Modifying the Signature
To modify and manage signatures, follow the steps below:
Click on the edit icon to edit your signature.
To delete the signature, click on the ‘Delete’ icon from the ‘action bar’
